1. Products & Quotations

1. All product information, pictures, specifications and descriptions on our website are for reference only. We reserve the right to modify product parameters without prior notice.
2. Quotations provided by us are valid for the period stated in the quotation. Prices do not include freight, customs duties, import taxes or other destination charges unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. We are the supplier of laser positioning modules and related laser products. All sales are subject to final written confirmation between both parties.

2. Orders & Payment

1. An order is only confirmed after we receive your order confirmation and the agreed deposit / full payment.
2. Payment terms will be specified in our proforma invoice. You are responsible for all bank transfer fees.
3. If payment is delayed, we reserve the right to suspend production, delay shipment or cancel the order.

3. Shipment & Delivery

1. Delivery time is estimated and for reference only. Delays caused by logistics, customs, force majeure or buyer-side issues shall not be our liability.
2. Risk of loss or damage to goods transfers to you once goods are handed over to the carrier.
3. You are responsible for checking import regulations, permits, customs clearance and import duties in your country.

4. Returns, Refunds & Warranty

1. Our products come with a limited warranty as stated in the quotation or product specification. The warranty only covers manufacturing defects. It does NOT cover damage from improper installation, misuse, modification, over-powering, physical breakage or normal wear and tear.
2. No return or refund will be accepted without our prior written approval. Return shipping cost shall be borne by the buyer unless the defect is confirmed to be our manufacturing fault.
3. We will repair or replace defective items at our discretion within the warranty scope.

5. Intellectual Property

1. All texts, images, logos, designs and content on http://stszlaser.com are our intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use our materials for commercial purposes without our written permission.
2. You guarantee that any information, drawings or requirements you send to us do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.

• Submit false information in inquiry forms;
• Attack, disrupt or interfere with the normal operation of our website;
